    Thank you for your response, and it along with a reply from Alesis via e-mail clears up the General midi bank confusion on my part.

    I would still like to know how exactly my QSR should be set-up to be used with my sequencer? Just a check-list of what should be on and off (and at what settings) would be very helpful.

    Also, in my search for drum sounds I found and downloaded a "Drums extra" bank and Freeloader from Alesis and I was wondering do I send it to my QSR first then get the bank with Unisyn (so I can have it come up in my sequencer, DP3), or do I load it into Unisyn then send the bank to the QSR?
