QS 7.1 Volume Problem

I am new to the QS 7.1. I was putz'n around the setups and scewed up.

For some reason, the output to either the main or aux outs is low. We have to drive a Roland KC-500 wide open to hear the thing (150 watts).

I have done a factory reset to no avail. The headphone outs work fine, which is what we are using for shows. Too noisy for studio work.

Any Clues?
