Alesis hasn't given a damn about the qs series probably for a while. The fact they re-released the qs series under a new name WITH LESS FEATURES show that pretty clearly, IMHO. I would even doubt they are 'printing' new ones, or they care too. They are probably not making tons of money on them either.
They had 2 new qcards that were designed towards the end, and never got released. Whatever's been sold by retailers is what's still sitting in their stock.
Honestly, I'm close to selling my alesis. I know people that have units down for over 6 months while they try to get spare parts. I certainly am not holding my breath on them on anything.
Have you tried picking up a used qsr?
