I just got this keyboard and have been trying to use it with Finale. Finale will record the notes I play in but when I press playback nothing happens. I am useing a soundcard port midi connection. I think its a 15 pin with two standard in/out midi cables attached. I know the cable works becuase everything is fine when I use my Korg sp-100. I've tried all kinds of different global setting variations. Keyboard set to normal. Midi out is on, general midi is on, and I'm in mix mode. If anyone could help me that would be great. I'm tearing my hair out here. I'm using windows ME edition with finale 2000.
