You could do that, but wouldn't you rather have all of the names and patch numbers already inside VST? Take the advice of the Cubase gurus
: I've just been advised by someone on Cubase users forum to download Steinberg's "Studio Modul" for interfacing with QS8. Seems like there should be simpler solutions though. If I can use the change bank/patch controller from Cubase, surely I can just make a note of all the new patch numbers I might need.
