i've had my 7.1 for one week, and i just received my 8mb flash from a company that alesis tech support recommended. i've tried burning wav & aif files multiple times with soundbridge, and everything seemed to have worked properly (that is, soundbridge told me that it worked, and the qs7.1 "received" the info. my problem is that i cant locate any of the new files on my keyboard. i followed the directions word by word, but i cant find the groups. nor do i have any indication that the card is even present. it is in slot A. please help. i've spent 8 hours on it today.
