I bought the above referenced Qcard a few months ago, but it seems awfully dead. It plays all the programs and mixes but it seems as if they have gone through extra trouble to take out all the harmonics that make a piano sound real. Kind of like a piano played with a big peice of felt sitting on all the strings. I listened to the demo on alesis' site but can't get anything like that sound from my Qcard. Do I have a bad card or do I just need to fiddle with something I haven't tried yet.
