Alesis filed ch.11 over a year ago. They have since been bought and re-infused with capital by Numark Corp.- makers of DJ stuff etc. All products are back in production and are shipping, as well as new products in the pipeline. Alesis tech support was never that good, that's why we hang out at sites like this one. But the entire network of service centers is intact.
