From what I understand, I can use the Din8 to serial port cable instead of MIDI cables to connect my QS8.1 to my PC. If I do this, does anyone know if I'll still be able to use the MIDI from my sound card at the same time for a total of 32 channels (16 to my QS through the serial and 16 to my other synth through the audio card)?
Also, does anyone know of major (non-Internet) chains that carry the cable where I could go buy one?
