I know the key action can be repaired to a certain extent. Get parts has been tough though... You may be able to do the repair yourself.
Try Advanced Musical Electronics in LA. They obtained many Alesis parts, and they might be able to help you.

I recently sold my qs6 for a qsr... too many keyboards, plus it wasn't great as far as a controller. Good move, since the qsr is a nice small module with all the functionality.
My main controller is a kurz pc88mx, which is unfortunately also notoriously known for action problems.
