Hammond B3 settings on the QS6.1

I just resently master reset all the sounds on my QS6.1 and I can't get my MOD wheel to control the"Leslie Effect".I
purchased it used and the B3 sounds worked perfect before I reset it.I've tried everything in the owners manual,but can't seem to get it to work again.
