You have to send the original user bank to the QS via sysex. The Sysex file is on the CD that came with your synth, and it's available for download on Alesis web site (or used to be). I think you can probably get it off the sounds page from this web site (look at the column left of this text, there's a link that says QS Sounds.)
If you haven't used sysex before, you'll need to get your QS hooked up to a computer via MIDI or serial, but that's another question altogether!

I am looking to reset the keyboard to the way it was on the day I received it. I have made some changes, some accidently, and would like to reset the presets and the user banks. If this can't be done by the keyboard itself does anyone have the original specs. written down? Any help you could be would be greatly appreciated.
