I'm not sure if the QS keyboards have on-board sequencing (I use a QSR). If they do, then I can't help you. If they don't:
You'll need to install the Soundbridge program on your computer. It's on the CD you got with the synth or you can download it from Alesis.com. Basically, you use Soundbridge to compile a "project" of samples, midi files, whatever you want, then send it to your synth via midi. It's not that difficult but email me if you need help.
