Is flashing a velocity splitted sample possible?

I have a QSR

Do you remember those sounds which are velocity splitted (usually containing the word Velo in the name) like the "Group: Piano / Snd: VeloRoads2"?

If I buy a flash ram card, will I be able to create instruments which have multiple waveforms splitted according to velocity?

I have read Chris Papageorgiou's tutorial but he doesn't write anything about this.
Anybody tried?
