I don't have a Nano or Cubase but in general you need to assign midi tracks in your sequencer to midi channels (16 of 'em)of the Nano. Then send bank and program change commands to the synth to get the desired sound per channel. How exactly you tell Cubase to do this will be in the applications user manual. There still is not a good substitute for reading the manual.
