I have absolutly no idea why WE can't save any Soudbridge projet when a file is modified.
I addressed the problem at least 5 times to support@alesis.com. They replied the fourth time saying: "It looks like you try to save to a CD or a write protect disk, try to save on another format."!!!
Common Alesis, I spent a year trying to find a workaround for this VERY annoying problem.
I bought the QSR to use it as a sample player but with the lack of a good software the QS is very limited.
3 days ago I sent a mail to art logic directly (the makers of the software) asking to be refered to someone who knows something about soundbridge. I still wait...
If you want to go further on the way to solve the saving problem on SB you can mail me what your setup consist of and as soon as I get in touch with tech support (I hope I'll get some support from Alesis in my current life!).
I invite everybody concerned by the save fonction problem in Soundbridge to write to Alesis. Maybe they'll move before facing another bankrupt...
