You can try using Soundbridge, not sure if it will do it's thing in reverse.Other suggestion is to transfer single patches into your computer as midi files and then convert them.I've seen some freeware applications that will do this. Browse the web and download one. Try the www.synthzone.com, there are a bunch of downloads there.
