: : I can get it to go away (some of the time) by selecting the 05 program again. Also the D slider seems to change the amount/type of feedback.

: Usually, the D slider affects the amount of effects send in a certain sound. I'm not sure about RayzRoads, but it may just use the QS' internal distortion effect. Or it may just be the reverb and general effects level that is coming through your amp/headphones as sounding bad.

: : I tried reinitializing, no luck. so i continued thru some more programs and it came back on a few more.
: : Is there a simple way to find out if this is a defect in the board or just something i can "turn off"?

: To find out if it's the effects, which you can turn off, when you find a program that has it, go to the effects edit screen (press edit twice) and then press the 'mix' button (top row, all the way on the right). Then, set all the values (reverb out, pitch out, etc.) to zero, and see if the problem goes away. If the problem isn't the effects, unfortunately I don't have any great ideas as to what it might be. Hope the problem is fixed soon,
