: David- [ oops, I meant Tommy]

: A month or so ago, the Master Tune on my QSR kept mysteriously getting re-set to about -90. I could not figure out for sure why but, because I have a mess o'gadgets all hooked up via midi, I was speculating that an errant Sysex message was getting sent from somewhere that the QSR was responding to with the Master Tune change (since you can only change it intentionally from the outside via Sysex). I could never reproduce it and it hasn't occurred now for at least a month. So, who knows? Maybe it was stray gamma rays from outside the galaxy. Or maybe the QSR pitch gremlin has left my machine and moved into yours. Anyway, I know that's not much of answer but I thought I'd at least pass on my sort of similar experience. If you figure yours out, post it. Thanks.

: : Help my QSR's gone mad. Not so long ago it occasionally started behaving irrationally, i.e. pitch and tuning going berserk but then worked fine again. Now all of a sudden does not play in tune anymore and it sounds like there is pitch randomizer at work inside. I've tried re-initialise the unit to no avail. Is there anybody who had a similar experience and can give some advise?
: : Recently I had some problems with midi ports and Cubase. can they be related?
