If the control knobs and sliders send midi data, then yes, however the QS synths do not have resonant filters so that parameter won't be available, only filter amount and frequency.I also am not sure if the QS is hard wired to reciecve those types of controller data. It may only recieve sysex or the four assignable controllers in the master edit mode.
