Okay, my synth is hooked up through the serial port which works fine for playing demos, loading banks, etc.
When I try to record MIDI tracks in Cubasis I've had nothing but problems! Program sounds keep changing unless I turn the program select mode to "off" and I don't hear all the notes that I'm playing coming back out of the Cubasis "MIDI thru" and some come back out as quite different pitches than what I played.
I have ransacked the manuals for both the QS 6.1 and Cubasis. Any ideas on what's going on here? My PC is running 500 Mhz with 56MB of RAM so that should be more than adequate...
