Hello Marion,
I'm probably revealing a dumb thing here. I've been using my sequencer (Voyetra's Digital Orch Pro, which I think is great) to send banks to my QS without hitch. However, after I bought my Sanctuary card, I tried sending the extra banks, and couldn't see the changes. The synth said "Receiving MIDI data..." as usual as I sent the banks, but when I looked at the card, it was all the same sounds. Only after several tries did I realize that the extra banks go into the User bank (of course, it was obvious!) and everything was fine. Except that I had several good pipe organs I had created in my User bank and hadn't yet backed them up!
Oh well.
If your synth doesn't say "receiving MIDI data..." while you send the banks, you may have a connection or software problem.
