You'll have to some routing within the edit pages of the Qs8. Check out your manual, under editing mixes. It'll walk you through it.
Basically, what you'll need to do is set up four different instruments, on four different midi channels, then, route them to thier own outputs.
Then record them in VST, in seperate passes, on their own channels.
