I'm not sure you can do this via sysex; I don't think that the QSR recognizes the necessary system common messages (song start/stop/continue, etc.) that would be necessary to accomplish this. One thing you can try to do is set up Cakewalk (or any sequencer capable of receiving and sending sysex) to record whatever sysex info is transmitted when you run through the process of starting it up on the front panel. If you get anything, try playing it back to see if the QSR responds. If you get something but it doesn't quite work it may take a little tweaking to get it right.
