The new CD-ROM that came with my not-so-new QS8 (got a good deal on a demo model) includes SoundDiver. Many messages in this forum mention Unisyn, and apparently SoundDiver has replaced Unisyn on the newer CDs. SoundBridge and FreeLoader from the CD work fine with my QS8, but SoundDiver doesn't. It displays a message that the keyboard isn't responding, and when I give it the OK to scan for a device, Windows displays an error message and closes SoundDiver. I've also found that SoundDiver's menus are very sensitive to having the mouse cursor placed in exactly the right position (a bit below the menu heading) before they will open, and still they sometimes won't open. I downloaded and installed the latest update from eMagic, but that didn't seem to help. I'm wondering if any other SoundDiver users, or would-be users, have had problems trying to use the program.
