I know this is overly simplistic, but do you have the setting on "mix user 00" while playing back? (or) if you're using a "mix preset" in user bank, do you have the three channels enabled to receive midi messages on the "preset"?. I know this sounds too simple, but it sounds like you 'might' be trying to play the sequence in "program" mode which would only allow one channel to work at a time. Hope this is helpful. PW
