If you mean edit the volume of a midi channel/program in a MIX do this:
Press the "MIX" button
Press left or right the "MIDI CH" button untill you'll select the midi channel you want to edit.
Press the button "EDIT". Now you enter the MIX Edit Mode, in option "LEVEL". Select P2 with name "Prog Volume".
Set the volume from 00 to 99 and thats it.
