    The Q-Cards have a single bank on-board,
    and the rest is samples. Likewise, using Soundbridge,
    with FlashRAM you're limited to a single bank and
    samples (and sequences). Just why hasn't exactly
    been made clear. 8MB really isn't a whole lot of
    space to store decent samples. Probably the main
    design intent of SoundBridge was to let you make
    your own Q-cards.
