Help with old keyboard and patch select in Cubase

I recently bought a old Technics piano/keyboard that has a midi interface. The keyboard only has 16 patches (voices) and it will control a VSTI instument in Cubase, but only for the first 16 patches. Is there a way for me to make the keyboard increament patches. Say for instance I press patch 2 on the keyboard and cubase increments the patch by one and if I press 3 it decreases by one. This way I could at least scan through VSTI patches. Thanks in advance.
