I grabbed the public domain version available on this site, and redid the MP3. I think it sounds pretty good, but I cheated and used Audacity and NeroWave to add some reverb to the WAV. I also had to modify the MIDI file to pan stereo effects, as the original was mono. Then I tried to follow instructions, and uploaded the ZIP of the two files. Hope they accept the submission.
I called it "Mt. Vernon Synthetic Orchestra - Mozart's 'A Little Night Music.mp3" in the ZIP. If you get a chance, take a listen, and tell me what you think...
