Hello all, Wayne here.
I've been using a Roland Sound Canvas SC35 for solo gigs for some time. It's getting tired. I'm looking for a newer solution without spening a fortune.
All I use the unit for is to play midi files on a 3 1/2 floppy. That's fast, and a convenient way to set up sets, etc.
The newer Sound Canvas equipment doesn't include a floppy drive. And they are pretty costly. What I want to do is copy the files to a disc (or card, or into the unit, what ever) and plug the unit into
my PA so I can play over it for solo gigs.
