Parker Midifly problems

Hi -
I recently bought a Parker MidiFly (nice guitar - onboard Midi signal generation - unlike Roland kit).
I am havng a few problems however - when I plug the normal guitar outputs into an amp, and the midi connection to a sound source, then try and play the two together - I get crosstalk (clicks - sounds like Midi note on/off information)on the analog guitar output.
Anyone had this problem with a Parker or guitar-synth controller - managed to resolve it?
The axe uses onboard MidiAxe DSP circuitry to generate the midi signal (same as Brian Moore i-guitars)
