I too am new to the MIDI Cakewalk etc. I too have a Dell Inspiron laptop with high end stuffies in it... I am way new to this.. I have played piano most of my life, btu the electronic jobbies are new to me.
I want to record a track from the keyboard and be able to play it with the touch fo a button,.. so as so sign whiel my keyboard accompanies me adn the band..
Is there aa way to use Midi and laptop to run lighting controller too??
Is there a place in MARYLAND or DC or VA where I can take classes on this stuff???
