: : The undefined external error is a sign of an expired trial period. If you are getting that error, you need to purchase the program from Yamaha. DO NOT uninstall the program once you are getting that error because it may not let you reinstall it. Uninstall only if you are sure you do not want it. Hope this helps.
:To also solve this problem you can set the date back to 2001 and then it will work. Hope this helps
