    hi

i've gotten my a-7 for about 3 days and i still can't figure out how
to assign different sounds from one sound module( xv-2020) to the
upper and lower part of the keyboard using split or in the matter of fact any keyboard mode function. i read the manual and what i got was just changing the midi channel. i only have one sound module xv-2020 which i set to channel 1. so i set both the lower and upper of the ax-7 channel to 1 and no matter what sounds i select both of lower and upper plays exactly the same sound.. if i set it to a different channel there will be no sound at all.. how do i work this?

    thankyou for your help
