Experts please: How do I use an
external MIDI data stream to control
the speed of the overall midi
    composition in a midi multitrack
    player???

That is, when the external MIDI data stream
varies the overall multitrack tempi will
vary too, even ever so slightly.

I want to convert a 60 HZ analog
sound from a film projector to
a MIDI data stream that will reflect
the varying speed of the film projector's
motor which will in turn control the speed of an external MIDI sound track

Please email me. Thanks so much.
