I bought Cakewalk 7 a couple years ago then I bought Cakewalk 2004xl last month. The cakewalk 7 manual is great. The Cakewalk 2004xl manual, if you can call it that, is not much more than a quick start guide. Even the help files in the program don't have any worthwhile information on the Dyad synth. The Edirol DXI synth information leaves a lot to be desired as well. I was very disappointed that you have to buy a book to get any information worth using.
