How can I control modulators of an Electribe with an Atari (Cubase 3.0) ?

I have a lot of difficulties to find how to control modulators parameters of an Electribe with Cubase 3.0 (Atari). I know it's possible, but I don't find !!!
Would someone help me ?
PS: I need a complete walkthrough ;-)
