plz help!usb 428 , proteus2000, fatar sl161, sonar

i have proteus 2000, tascam usb 428, laptop computer, master keyboard fatar sl161. and ive installed sonar2. os is win XP.

and ive installed tascam 428 driver under the folder program>us428-instal.

what should I do to use the sound from proteus at sonar?

ive tried in many ways but i couldnt, my situation is like this ::

when I open the dialogue
'midi device'
i dont see nothing at 'input'and just'microsoft midimapper' at 'output'.

and when i open the audio options, drivers

i see sigmatel audio(sound card in laptop computer, i guess) for input/output.

and when i press the start button and open the controll window, the default sound device is set as a sigmatel. and i coudlnt change it to a tascam 428.

im a bigginer and lost..

please help me to fire it up.
