Sonar recording playback on seperate track, problem!!

I have a Soundblaster Audigy 2 Platinum and am using Sonar. When I attempt to record seperate line in tracks, using the Line-In input on the front of the Audigy hardware, it duplicates all tracks i've previously recorded including click tracks. Anyone have this problem, or know what my problem is? Thanks for any advice.
