purchasing a Equinox 76

I'm, looking to purchase a Equinox 76 workstation. I have a good Yamaha DX-7 to trade in. THey are asking $1095 for the Eq. It is a floor model. Is it a good purchase or are there too many problems with it? And should I get an extended warranty? Thank you
