cubase and audigy 2

Hi everyone,
i really need help. i keep getting annoying clicks from cubase, i dont know why hopefully it isnt a hardware problem, well apart from i use a audigy. I believe it to be certain audio settings within cubase. it would really help if someone could tell me there audio settings within cubase so i can set similar parameters to see if this fixes the problem. thnx for taking the time to read this, i will be greatful for any help recieved
