Multiple Midi Device Problems

I have a Yamaha PSR-330 general midi keyboard hooked up to my pc via a motu fastlane usb interface. I am using Cakewalk Home Studio, and all is ok. However I also have a Boss DR-3 Drum Machine that only has a Midi In and I cannot seem to get it to work with either the Yamaha or Home Studio. Can it be connected thru these two devices????
