Setup MFC10 and PSR-2100

I need help by setting up my PSR-2100 and my MFC10. I wish to control all functions on my keyboard by simply pressing a knob on my MFC10. I found out how to control my section (fill-ins etc.) but I want to do more; i want to turn on (and off) my Vocal Harmony, Sync-start, Harmony/echo etc,
I'm a newcomer in the MIDI-world but I really hope somebody can help me out.
