I need some help with a JL Cooper Synapse Midi patch bay. I have no manual and cant seem to figure out some of the less intuitive functions (mainly the merge function). JL Cooper has abandoned its customers who own this unit and dont seem to feel obligated to provide any help or even to provide a PDF manul(Bad customer support). Can anyone help me with this? Any help would be apreciated.
