It's ll a bit complicated - suffice to say that this is all about Direct X.
All you gotta do to kill the problem is to search for the file using the standard file search, double click on the .dll when it appears (you may have several versions - leave them alone, apart from double clicking), and when the dialog says "open with", search for your favourite sequencing .exe and that should cure it. Yes, it's me.
