: : : I have a Casiotone CT-640 and all original owner's documentation. It includes a separate 1-page "MIDI Implementation Chart" with columns Function, Transmitted, Recognized, Remarks. I added some penciled notes from when I used it 7+ years ago. Would be glad to scan and mail it to you if still wanted. Let me know via email if you'd like it.
