I'm replying because I'm having a similar problem. I am a MIDI sequencer and composer, and every single one of my MIDI files play completely flat. No matter if I have overall reverb or chorus hard-set in the MIDI file, or if I use controllers, there is no change, it still sounds as flat as ever. With my old Sound Blaster AWE 32 card, I didn't have this problem. I am wondering if this is just something I should adjust in my system so that reverb and chorus work. Any ideas?
