Roland E-300, Audigy 2 and Reason

Hi there,
I'm new to trying to make my own music, and I need to connect my new equipment somehow.. I have a Roland E-300 keyboard, and I want to connect this to my computer, and more specifically Propellerhead Reason 2.0. In my PC I have a Creative Soundblaster Audigy 2 Platinum, which inclues a front panel, with MIDI IN and MIDI OUT connections. Firstly, can it be done at all?
Let me picture you the situation...
I have a gameport in my PC, which I know can usually be used for this type of thing, but I'd like to have the gameport free for other.. appliances.. *blush* And the keyboard doesn't seem to have any connector like that anyway.
So anyway, the manual of my soundcard says that the two connections labelled with MIDI IN and OUT on the front are 'mini-DIN' female connectors.. I have searched for such cables, but I can't find any, do they have another name perhaps? On the back of the keyboard I have midi in and out, regular full size connectors.. there is also a 'computer' port, looking similar to the ones on the front of my PC, but not the same. They all resemble PS/2 or S-VIDEO connectors, but not the same.. So well, I'm completely lost here, I don't know what kind of cables and or adapters I need.. And do the computer and the keyboard need to be connected both ways? I mean, they both have a midi in and out port.. But I just want to use the keyboard as input device for Reason, so I assume one way is enough?
