Can you tell me if you got this resolved. I plan to buy a SB Live and use it for MIDI more tha anything else. I've been reading about alot of Driver problems and Midi issues.

: I recently had a disaster and had to re-install everything including the operating system (Windows XP). Now when I go to choose my preferred 'MIDI Player' device I don't have the "SB Live! Midi Out" option in the devices list anymore. I can't see how to add this, and I've downloaded the latest drivers from Creative. Their tech support hasn't replied either - can anyone suggest how I get this back? Thanks if you can.
